It is important to take care of your body, especially when you are exercising at a high level. The addition of sports medicine at FASTER will help to eliminate aches and pains associated with training, diagnose conditions and prescribe rehabilitative exercises to heal injuries. With modern practices including ART (Active Release Technique), our sports medicine staff will be sure to get you Feeling Better, FASTER!

Meet Dr. Ryan Leach

412 Performance Chiropractic and Dr. Leach emphasize primary prevention, or "prehabilitation" care to keep the patient on the playing field and out of the treatment room. Injuries, however, are an unavoidable part of the training process. When injury occurs and treatment is needed, Dr. Leach utilizes osseous adjusting techniques, ART, patient education, nutritional advice, and therapeutic exercises. He emphasizes rehabilitation and therapeutic exercises through a series of prescribed protocols specifically targeted to the area of interest to improve biomechanical function, stabilize injured joints, and build lasting strength until prehabilitative care may resume. Dr. Leach is very excited to be working with Coach DeRose and the FASTER team to provide a one stop fitness and health experience to optimize patient care.

Meet Dr. Autumn Leach

Dr. Autumn joined the FASTER team in November of 2015. She was born and raised in the Upstate of South Carolina where she pursued competitive dance and cheerleading for many years. After a low back injury at the age of fourteen, Dr. Autumn was fortunate enough to discover the healing art of chiropractic. She immediately connected with the chiropractic philosophy that supports the body's self-healing capabilities and knew without any doubt she had found her career path. In 2009, she graduated from the University of South Carolina Upstate and moved to Saint Louis, MO, where she earned a second BS degree in Life Science and her doctorate from Logan College of Chiropractic in 2012. Dr. Autumn in passionate about nutrition, living a holistic lifestyle, and helping others achieve optimal health through natural health care. Outside of the office, she enjoys yoga, flipping through cookbooks, and spending time with her husband, Dr. Ryan, and miniature dachshund, Charlotte Louise.
