Our athlete performance program includes customized training by a highly qualified trainer with a focus kept on the individual athlete’s goals. All programs include XPE training methodologies, the preferred training by elite athletes everywhere and can be applied to athletes as young as 12 all the way to professional athletes. Programs are developed specific to the athlete’s needs, which are determined in the functional movement evaluation. Programs will include sport specific exercises to improve speed, balance, strength and conditioning with an emphasis on injury prevention. Our trainers will offer personal assistance and direction at all times, as well as track and monitor individual data throughout the program. Our athlete performance program also includes nutrition counseling. Goal-specific nutrition plans will be developed and implemented with continual interactive feedback.

Team Training

Give your team an edge with a custom designed performance training program for the upcoming season. Your team will gain confidence and increased endurance through our agility, core strength, power and speed training. In addition, our team training programs focus on sport-specific movement, as well as injury prevention.

FASTER has trained numerous local teams for their football, basketball, lacrosse, softball, baseball, soccer, hockey and golf seasons! Both On-Site and Off-Site programs are available for teams of athletes of all ages and gender. Workouts will include plyometrics, speed and running form drills, strength and core development exercise techniques. The FASTER staff will break down movement and how it relates to athletes and the sports they play. FASTER Team Training is intended to maximize athletic potential and to educate coaches on how to properly train their athletes.

Combine-Pro Day Prep

An athlete’s stock is largely dependent on their results from the Combine or Pro Day. With so much on the line, we at FASTER understand the importance of these standings and have created a program designed to maximize an athlete’s test results and ensure they make a lasting impression. Our individualized Combine and Pro Day training prepares athletes for the next level of their careers.

Utilizing XPE training methodology and intense replication of all Combine specific tests and position-specific drills, athletes will be fully prepared for their Combine or Pro Day debut. The incorporation of performance treadmills to decrease run times and vibration plates for increased jump height and strength, make FASTER the top choice training facility by elite athletes. Our program ultimately sets athletes on an organized plan to improve strength, speed, agility, balance and form, all the while focusing on injury prevention, nutrition and mental focus preparedness.


Youth athletic training has become an ever increasing area of interest for youths and parents alike. Proper exercises and consistent athletic training for kids leads to greater levels of athleticism, as well as overall health. During times of growth and maturation it is vital to teach kids how to develop their core while stimulating greater kinetic chain efficiency. Areas of improvement from core development are: Enhanced athleticism, Decreased likelihood of injury, Increased running speed and techniques and Improved balance and agility.

During training, an intense eye is kept on the young athletes in order to ensure that they continue to improve their muscular imbalances and maintain a clear focus. Training kids is not like training mini-adults; growth plates are still open and vulnerable, which requires increased attention from trainers. Implementing a supervised proper training regimen at a young age drastically improves a child’s core stability and joint integrity, ultimately leading to decreased likelihood of injury.

Since joining FASTER the boys have quickly seen results. Sean finished third among all the lax players (55 or so) yesterday in an endurance drill where they did sprints. He was able to complete 81 without stopping. Alex played a tournament last month and he was the only one with any burst in the sixth and final game. My conference championship meet went really well for me. I had 2 personal bests and achieved my goal of going under 4:30 in a 400 IM. I just want to take a few minutes of your time to thank you for what you've done for Tyler. Your program has really worked well for him. He's moving better than anyone ever thought he could. He is arguably the best lineman his school has this year. When he was moving into the gym for camp last week both Assistant Coach and Head Coach told me how well he was doing and how good he was moving. In the two scrimmages so far he has had absolutely no problem handling outside rushing defensive ends. The change is like night and day. I know you could see this coming. I did a little bit. You said all along how hard he worked. It has really paid off for him. Hopefully this will lead to bigger and better things. He's actually got a few Division 2 schools interested in him. Dear Faster trainers: Wow!! What more can we say? What an amazing facility! Our 14-year-old son, Zach, has been transformed in his speed, agility, balance and strength in just a few short weeks. His coaches have definitely noticed. This week he was playing basketball with boys much older than he, and he was holding his own. On the first day they did a bunch of the same flexibility tests that you do during your evaluation, such as stepping over the rail with one leg and bringing it back over, lunges with the stick behind my back, extending the opposite arm and leg on all fours, etc. I did well enough that I was one of about 15 kids on the team that "tested out" of additional flexibility workouts during camp, so I was happy with that.
